Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

NOTE:  Items MUST include the original receipt or gift receipt and tags (if any) must be attached.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To complete your return, we require your order number and contact details. 

Returns 

• Please contact us as soon as you can upon receiving your order if you know that you will be returning or exchanging the item(s). You will have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your package to return it to us. You will be responsible for shipping your return back to Mantra Vogue Trading Inc, 2147 Falmouth Terrace, Burlington ON L7P 1Y3. Unfortunately, beyond the 14 days deadline upon receipt of item(s) we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, must not be washed or worn and be in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. We will process your refund upon receiving the returned item and making sure everything is in good condition.
  
   

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 5-10 business days due to bank processing times.
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can take between 5-10 Business Days for your bank to process and have it show up on your credit card account.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. CLEARANCE items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 

Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please mail your product to:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where you received an incorrect or damaged product
• If you want us to send you a return shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• You are responsible for returning the product to us in a timely manner. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
